Montreal/NYC HC featuring members of Extended Hell, Bukkake Boys, Proxy, Omegas, Impotentie, blah blah blah. 3 songs in just over 2 minutes. If you've heard their self-titled 7" from 2018, expect more of the same.

PROXY - Muerte Aguarda tape (2015)

Montreal Motörpunk that featured members of Inepsy and Truncheons. Only 74 copies of this tape were made for their 2015 Mexico tour and included their three 7" singles as well as some unreleased songs. Even though it's listed, 'Fountain Of Youth' is not actually on this tape if anyone cares.

AFTER THE BOMBS - Complete Discography tape (2016)

Continuing on with Canadian content month, here's some wicked female-fronted metal crust from Montreal. Well, not some but all as this tape compiles everything they put out(hence the title). Singer Janick Varning is currently fronting Parasytes, go check that shit out.

MENTAL RESCUE - Straightjacket tape (2009)

Debut release by what I'm assuming is a studio side project featuring Chany from Inepsy on vocals and Jo Galipeau from Germ Attak playing all the instruments. This sounds nothing those aforementioned bands, instead what you get here is short fast HC that almost sounds like it was written on the spot. They also released a couple of 7"s, (one of them limited to a whopping 23 copies) that can be heard here.

VA - Only In Canada, Eh 77-81 Volume 1 CD (2005)

Here we have a great compilation of early Canadian punk rock put out by the long abandoned Punk History Canada page. This disc is full of mostly obscure bands from Victoria, British Columbia to St John's, Newfoundland and almost everywhere in between. Many of these songs were previously unreleased and/or appearing on CD for the first time. I know there was talk of making a Volume 2, but considering this came out a decade ago and the PHC site hasn't been updated in almost as long, I don't think it's ever happening.

THE DISCORDS - S/T EP (1982)

Considered to be Montreal's first skinhead band. This 7" was recorded live off the floor in one take. Long out of print, I ripped this EP from the compilation, "Smash The State Vol. 3" as I don't own the original. I was going to post the entire LP, but unfortunately my copy has some skips in it that affect a few of the songs.
