BOOM & THE LEGION OF DOOM - Hate To Love, Love To Hate EP (1986)

Weirdo outsider punk from Michigan. Recorded by Paul Mahern of the Zero Boys. 2000 copies were pressed with 10 alternate covers, collect 'em all!

PERSONAL DAMAGE - Violent Ritual tape (2022)

Third release in just under a year by one of my favourite new bands at the moment. Since it's not on Bandcamp like their previous two, I figured I'd post it because this tape's too damn good to go unheard.

UPSIDE - Tristi Orizzonti LP (1990)

Like many HC bands who started out in the early 80's and were still around at the end of the decade, Upside crossed over to the metal side.

D.E.M. - Demo 84 EP (2022)

I discovered this obscure French Oi act through Condor's cover of 'Vengeance'. You might be familiar with that track from the compilation, '1984 THE SECOND'. They were only around from Sept '84 to May '85 so I'm guessing this demo was their only recording.

RUGGEDY ANNES - Jagged Thoughts EP (1985)

Sole release by this all-female band with a bit of a post-punk edge. Produced by Jimmy Green of Personality Crisis. You may recognize 'Casual Design' from the compilation, "It Came From The Pit".

LINDA BLAIR'S ABORTION - Won't Stay Dead EP (2010)

Fast old school influenced HC that wouldn't have sounded out of place on a split with the likes of OUT COLD or REASON OF INSANITY. Recorded in 2004 but not released for another six years, at least on vinyl anyways.

POISON - Flexi + E.P.'s LP (2019)

Another 80's Japanese bootleg discography compiling the band's 3 EP's before they changed their name to Poison Arts. They must've got tired of being confused with that L.A. hair metal band or the speed metal act from Germany.

FLESH COLUMNS - Schweigew Vor Dem Sturm EP (1984)

One of the lesser known bands from Touch And Go record's early catalog. Produced by Corey Rusk of the Necros. Nothing too groundbreaking here, but not bad for some kids from Windsor Ontario either. 'Ban Nestles Products' is more relevant than ever in 2022.
