Back to Memphis this week with another killer 7". This was the third and final EP for Vile Nation and in my opinion, their best by far. Four songs in just over three minutes of pure lo-fi, dirty hardcore perfection. NO WAR, NO FUTURE FUTURE!!

German comp of mostly American bands. I think most of the songs were previously released, with the exception of AOD's. The mix sounds a bit different on some of the tracks, at least to my ears. This was ripped from the 1992 CD reissue with added volume.

Here's a ripper from Memphis Tennessee, home of Jerry "The King" Lawler and Graceland. I wasn't familiar with Bury The Living before this 7", but they play fast pissed-off HC that seems right up my alley. They've also put out a bunch of other records that I really need to check out. Evil Army's 2006 self titled LP is one of my favourite thrash metal albums of the new millennium. But if this is your first time hearing them, you might think they were just straight up hardcore. My only complaint of this split is that I wished Evil Army had more songs on here as the Bury The Living side is over twice as long as theirs.

Fast and loud straight to the point hardcore from Finland with an early 80's USHC influence. When I first heard 'Shut Your Mouth' off this 7" back in 2002, I was an instant fan. They've also got an LP and few splits also worth checking out.
