VA - Bloodstains Across Northern Ireland LP (1998)

This was a recent blind purchase or as I like to call it, a deaf purchase as I'd never heard any of the bands on this comp before buying it. But hey it's a Bloodstains record, they're always chock full of obscure gems. This'll be right up your alley if you like your punk rock a little more on the glam rock/power pop side.

  1. Wow! Sounds way better than the rip i had for a long time! Do you anymore Bloodstains or KBD comps than are not posted here yet? If so, if possible i'd like to hear more. Thank you so much for this rip, and the whole blog.

    1. Thanks for the kind words. Yeah, I got a bunch more I just haven't uploaded because I figured they're available on other blogs and shit. Are there any in particular you're looking for?

On vinyl I've also got Finland, Australia, Canada, Virginia, Texas, and Midwest. On CD-R I've got Denmark, Norway, Switzerland and Belgium. I'd be able to upload the ones on CD a lot quicker obviously.

As for Killed By Death I've got #2, 3, 5(on CD), 9, 10, 12 and Killed By Florida.

    2. Most of the Bloodstains and KBD comps have been ripped almost 20 years ago by someone by the name of Murphy. He was on Soulseek and i remember his rips being very memorable because they had that badly grounded turntable sound. I still find these very same rips on punk blogs very often. That's why i'm looking for different rips that those of that Murphy dude. I certainly would like fresh rips of the Bloodstains Across Finland, Bloodstains Across Australia, Bloodstains Across Virginia, Bloodstains Across Texas and Bloodstains Across Midwest. Man, i feel like a leech! Obviously, don't put pressure on you for this. Whenever you rip, if you do rip them i'll be very happy. And if it don't happen i'll still be happy with your blog. Thank you for your reply, it is very appreciated.

    4. Well, all i can say is thank you for your quality rips, it is appreciated. Sadly, most people rarely comments on any blogs. Everyone who runs a blog, especially when they rip their own records, cassettes and CD's is very generous and passionate. Real music maniacs are blessed by blogs like yours. No hurry for rips i suggested, i'll be very happy whenever they show up. Have a nice weekend Jimmy.
