THE UNDEAD - Act Your Rage LP (1989)

After finding their singles collection last year, I was stoked to come across another Undead record the other day. This one compiles previously unreleased songs recorded between 1984-86. Is it just me or do these guys kinda sound like GG Allin fronting Mourning Noise?

Found this local band's debut album for under $10 last month. Formed in 1978 though I'm not sure how involved they were in the Vancouver punk/new wave scene as I've never seen them on any flyers from that time period. They also released a couple of singles and a sophomore LP in '83 before finally disbanding in 1987.

Recorded live at the Jockey Club in Newport, KY on September 16, 1984 during the first ever Samhain "Season of the Dead" mini-tour. Soundboard recording.
