Like a lot of countries, punk rock didn't hit the shores of Ecuador until the mid 1980's with the formation of DESCONTROLADOS.In fact, they're the only band on this comp from that decade as the rest of the tracks were recorded in the 90's (and even a the early 00's I think). But still this comp's full of rare gems so if you're like me and dig that South American punk shit then uh...dig in.
