KOPS FOR CHRIST - S/T EP (1994)

I bought this 7" used for a few bucks last month. I remembered them from a few compilations back in the 90's. This was the Toronto band's only release as far as I know. I guess you can call this political punk, because their liner notes have a paragraph explaining each song.
1. No Bars, No Chains
2. Serve To Oppress
3. The Nuclear Nightmare Recedes For Our Children
4. A Fascist By Any Other Name…
5. Free Palestine
6. Conspiracy In Action
7. One That Worked

  2. Thanks for posting this. I played drums in this band and yes it was our only release aside from comp stuff. And yes we were an overtly political band no question about it. Hadn't listened to this in years so thanks for the trip down memory lane. Cheers, Paul

    1. Oh Jeez Paul posted--*waves* -- I was the guitarist. Thanks for putting this up. I lost the 7" when I moved to go to Australia. I still have a mixdown DAT.

    2. Hey Kops for Christ, I'm putting up HC shows I shot in the 90s and have a couple of your sets. Here's one of them! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4K38OjoVDEk

  3. Any chance you can send a download link of the full liner notes? And cover? I wish I had it! I'm a follower--hopefully you can directly email me from blogspot?

    1. I have an old scanner that's too small to fit the whole page. I could take a photo with my phone and send it too you?

    2. Yeah sure man, I can string it all together. What's the best way to email you without either of us posting our emails on the blog? You on Facebook, connected to . . . Ewan Exall, Simon Harvey, Craig Wattie or anyone like that? I can connect through there too!
